Located in Istanbul Güzelşehir, this villa is situated within a 650 m² garden plot with a total enclosed area of 410 m². The interior architectural programming includes five bedrooms, two expansive living salons, three kitchens, four bathrooms, a family sitting room, a guest powder room, a sauna with a dedicated relaxation lounge, a dressing room, mechanical and laundry facilities, a pantry, and a winter garden.
Positioned to harmonize with its natural surroundings and panoramic sea views, the project was conceptualized to serve as a comprehensive primary residence. Given its distance from the city center, the design prioritizes year-round liveability and social engagement, ensuring the family can host and recreate comfortably across all seasons within a self-contained, high-comfort environment.

The kitchen was engineered as two distinct zones: a primary cooking/workspace and a secondary pantry for high-capacity storage. Recognizing the kitchen as the central communal hub for the entire family, the design prioritized accommodating large groups and high-traffic utility.
The aesthetic objective was a refined simplicity, achieved through the dominant purity of white, the sophisticated contrast of black accents, and the organic warmth of natural wood. This material strategy is further elevated by high-gloss natural marble applied across both horizontal and vertical surfaces; the resulting reflections create a unique sensory experience and a heightened perception of spatial depth.

The villa's basement level was transformed into a multi-functional sanctuary for recreation, housing a dedicated multimedia zone, spa, fitness area, dining/bar lounge, and a reading nook. The interior design prioritizes comfort through the use of playful pastel palettes and ergonomic furnishings.
To counteract the subterranean location, high-output homogeneous daylight-spectrum lighting was integrated to simulate natural sky conditions, effectively enhancing the perceived ceiling height and spatial volume. The level was conceptualized as a "retreat within the home," offering a dedicated environment for social interaction and psychological relaxation.

It is an interior architecture studio that transforms spatial visions into reality, implementing architectural and interior design projects through practical approaches derived from its observations and theories.
