The Tamöz-Gesan executive office, located in Florya, Istanbul, is situated within a detached duplex structure. The project focused exclusively on the interior decoration and fit-out, with no structural or spatial interventions made to the existing architectural shell.
The design narrative is centered on a series of bespoke, built-in furniture systems, meticulously engineered and fabricated specifically for this project. To meet the requirements of high-level executive operations, the spatial layout deliberately emphasizes a sense of hierarchical presence. Each functional element and decorative feature was tailored to the specific personal and professional needs of the users, fully integrated with a high-tech infrastructure.
The office’s sophisticated character is defined by a rigorous material palette, juxtaposing back-painted glass and polished marble with the organic warmth of natural wood veneers and premium leather textures. These elements work in concert to create a refined, high-end environment that reflects the prestigious corporate identity of the firm.

The interior strategy for the executive office was driven by a commitment to a cohesive, neutral aesthetic, where every fixed and loose furniture element was bespoke-designed to meet high-level professional requirements. To achieve a singular, uninterrupted visual language, a consistent wood grain and monochromatic color tone were applied across all architectural joinery, including doors, baseboards, library units, and executive desks.
In addition to the visual harmony, the spatial design prioritizes superior acoustic performance for private high-level meetings. Material selection was carefully curated to minimize sound reverberation; high-density carpets and specialized drapery textures were integrated to absorb acoustic energy, ensuring a quiet and confidential atmosphere. This technical approach to surfacing ensures that the office functions as a refined, distraction-free environment for strategic decision-making.

It is an interior architecture studio that transforms spatial visions into reality, implementing architectural and interior design projects through practical approaches derived from its observations and theories.
