The project involved the comprehensive transformation of a villa located in Istanbul Alkent 2000, shifting its architectural identity from a California style to a Minimal-Loft aesthetic.
Extensive spatial and structural interventions were executed across the 590 m² villa, which is situated within a 3-acre garden. The redesign encompassed a complete stylistic overhaul, affecting everything from the building's facade and interior spaces to the swimming pool, gardens, and terraces, redefining both its functional utility and visual character.

The thematic style of the villa was curated to authentically reflect the personalities and preferences of the homeowners. To address the spatial inefficiency of the existing spiral staircase, which occupied a significant footprint within the entrance hall, the vertical circulation was relocated to a different axis.
This architectural modification enabled the creation of an additional mezzanine level, which was integrated into the master bedroom suite as dedicated dressing rooms for both him and her. Furthermore, the fixed window apertures overlooking the pool were enlarged, significantly enhancing the sense of verticality and spatial openness.

A space previously utilized as storage was comprehensively reimagined and converted into a professional-grade bar, with every function and detail meticulously planned. Engineered to accommodate 60 to 70 guests simultaneously, the venue is fully equipped with high-capacity sound systems, DJ booths, robotic lighting arrays, professional service equipment, and dedicated storage solutions. The Loft aesthetic was also prioritized here to maintain stylistic consistency throughout the project.
